I was contacted by the Google number first and walked through an account recovery process, they said someone was trying to login and setup a separate account recovery email, about an hour later someone identifying themselves as being from ledger support called and said someone was using the order number I had in my email to use the recovery process to move funds to a new ledger stax. That I needed to follow some steps and enter the 24 words to stop the transaction process. We complied and thought everything was secure after that. Today I contacted ledger support on a separate matter to ensure my father in law account was secure and in the process asked if my account was secure filling the incident. Then ledger support notified me that I should check my account because this seemed like a scam, I did check the account and the funds had been transferred from the account.
